During my stay at Heritage in Varanasi, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly by Mr Mithilesh, Mr Krishna, Mr Pankaj Mishra, and Arvindji, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They not only served as gracious hosts and knowledgeable tour guides but also made me feel like I was staying with family, creating a truly warm and welcoming atmosphere.The hotel's strategic location near Assi Ghat was incredibly convenient, allowing me to easily access the vibrant ghats and explore the cultural richness of Varanasi with ease. The proximity to key attractions such as the Kashi Vishwanath temple and the main market areas made it an ideal base for my explorations. The impeccable cleanliness and comfort of the room, complete with a cozy sitting area and modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and electric kettle, added a touch of luxury to my stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and authentic stay in the heart of Varanasi.
